My Journey in Sports Began when I was 13 Years Old, Before that I was not so active into sports activities, I used to play with my friends and brothers/sisters in a casual way children plays different sports.
Afterwards I entered into Athletics Sports specifically a discuss thrower in Athletics and 1 day I was practicing vertical throw drills against gravity & in that practice session discuss got hit in my lower back and get slip disk(lower back injury).
And then doctors said me for long time rest & quiting physical activity for several months. Then after 1 week of rest I went out for practice and begin jogging for warm-up, but after 2-3 steps, I have to stop there due to severe pain in my lower back, then after 1 week later I started learning skipping on my own to maintain my physical fitness and to recover my back injury. And some time, I learned many basic skills in Jump Rope. And keep learning more and more skills, by this my physical fitness was fully maintained and I found Jump Rope very interesting.
In starting My Friends used to tease me, as I am Jumping Rope, which seems to be girls Play, but now some of those friends are doing Jump Rope with me and some always appreciate and support me in every aspect of Sports.
Also by my seniors and my School Sports teacher, I get some tips to master Jump Rope, from them I came to know that, there are State, National, International Championship too for Jump Rope.
So, I decided to start practicing specifically for the competitions.
And in some Years, after my dedicated hard work, I conquered National and South Asian Championships.
After I become National & South Asian Jump Rope Champion, I got selected for the World Jump Rope Championship(2016).
In 2016 I went to Portugal for World Championship, and I was fully prepared for the competition and when I have to perform in my event, I got some medical illness day before my event due to some weather and climatic changes but then also I competed and got 4th position in 18 Years age category due to medical illness, as I vomited during my event & stopped & that was my 1st loose at any championship as till then I have won every Competitions and Championships.
There at Championship I met so many great level Players and some World Record Holders and saw there performances too.
So after coming back I decided to be the best in my Sports and Started training for Guinness World Records in Jump Rope.
And after then I hadn’t participated I any Championship as my main goal was to make a World Record & become World Champion, and it take more than 2 years to successfully attempt for my 1st World Record.
And after approval of my 1st World Record, I got soo excited, that I planned to conquer more achievements in my Jump Rope career. Then I started working harder with more dedication in my training sessions.
Currently I am having 17 Guinness World Records Titles.
Becoming a Guinness World Records holder means the biggest dream come true, in my life. It’s the feeling that can’t be expressed through words, but one can feel through the inner self of an Individual.
And now if someone will ask me that, “What inspire you to make Guinness World Record” then my answer would me – Myself only, as now I got inspired by my own Guinness World Record Titles and that help me conquer more and more Guinness World Record Titles.
Also my love for Jump Rope inspires me to break so many records in my sports
My training routine for Guinness World Record practices was so intense & focused.
I used to practice 5-6 days a week for around 3-4 hours daily on an average, with different intensities, which includes Resistance Runs, Medicine Ball Exercises, Box Jumps, long distance running, fast pace running, push ups drills, sprints, pull ups drills, box jumps, Jump Rope training/Routine sets with timings(10-100 sets)[10-60seconds], circuit training, High Intensity Interval Training, Long Duration Continuous Skipping(1-3 Hours), Jumping With Rollerskates, supportive wall high jumps with rollerskates, etc.
I found my Training very difficult, but due to my hard work and dedication, I conquered several Guinness World records in my Sports(JUMP ROPE).
Also, I have mainly working with my Jump Rope Crew – JUMP ROPE FUSION CREW ( best Jump Rope Crew in India) from 7 Years and have participated and won various National and International Championships, also performed in different T.V. Talent shows – like –

Also, Currently my main focus is to enhance the Level & Popularity of Jump Rope Sport in India and bring back the Government Recognition of Jump Rope Sport in India, which got lost in 2017.
